Please read these terms carefully before using the popbd platform. By accessing or using popbd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Agreement to These Terms — popbd Platform Rules
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and popbd ("popbd", "the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the popbd website, mobile site, and all related services. The Platform is operated for the Bangladesh market and is available exclusively to eligible users as defined in these Terms.
By registering an account, logging into an existing account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using the popbd platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the popbd platform.
Six Things Every popbd Player Must Know
You must be 21 years or older to register and use the popbd platform — no exceptions
Each player may hold only one popbd account; duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited
Any use of bots, scripts, or artificial manipulation of game outcomes is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination
You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials; popbd is not liable for unauthorised access resulting from your negligence
You are responsible for providing accurate payment details; popbd cannot reverse transactions sent to incorrect mobile wallet numbers
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and additional conditions; bonuses cannot be withdrawn without meeting rollover requirements
Who May Use the popbd Platform
To be eligible to register and use popbd, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on every occasion you use the Platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. popbd enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years. Age verification will be required as part of the KYC process. Providing false age information constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
- You must be acting as an individual and not on behalf of another party. Creating or operating an account on behalf of a third party, employer, organisation, or group is not permitted.
- You must not be a resident of or physically located in any jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction.
- You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of popbd or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or partners.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the law applicable to you. If you are in any doubt about your legal capacity to use the Platform, you must not register or use popbd.
popbd reserves the right to request documentation to verify eligibility at any time. This may include government-issued identification, proof of address, or proof of source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested will result in account suspension until verification is completed.
Your popbd Account — Registration, Security, and Conduct
The following clauses govern the creation, maintenance, and closure of your popbd account:
Each individual may register and hold only one active popbd account. If popbd identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual — whether by name, address, device fingerprint, payment method, IP address, or any other identifier — all duplicate accounts will be closed immediately. Balances in duplicate accounts may be voided without compensation. The single permitted account will be retained at popbd's discretion.
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and must keep that information updated throughout your use of the Platform. Providing false or misleading information — including but not limited to false name, date of birth, mobile number, or address — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your popbd username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact popbd support immediately. popbd is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the unauthorised access resulted from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.
You may close your popbd account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any remaining balance will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements. Accounts subject to investigation may be suspended prior to closure; closure does not discharge any outstanding obligations.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods
The following terms govern all financial transactions on the popbd platform:
popbd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via locally supported payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and supported bank transfers through Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the cashier page and are subject to change at popbd's discretion.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. popbd reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed if popbd has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Players must have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be approved.
popbd is not a bank or financial institution. Funds deposited into your popbd account are held for the purpose of gameplay only and do not accrue interest. popbd is not responsible for losses incurred during gameplay, including losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or network connectivity issues outside of popbd's direct control. Players are advised to only deposit what they can afford to lose.
Bonus Terms, Wagering Requirements, and Promotions
The following terms apply to all bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentive offers made available by popbd:
All bonuses awarded by popbd are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly displayed at the time the bonus is offered. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met. popbd reserves the right to void bonus winnings where evidence of bonus abuse is identified.
Bonuses are intended for recreational play. popbd reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk combinations of bets specifically to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, and colluding with other players to exploit bonus structures.
popbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion, bonus offer, or free spin allocation at any time and without prior notice. Bonuses that are not activated within the specified activation window will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds are removed from the player's account without compensation. All seasonal promotions (including those aligned with BPL, IPL, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh) are subject to the specific terms published alongside those promotions.
Actions That Will Result in Account Closure
The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms. popbd reserves the right to immediately suspend and permanently close any account involved in any of the following:
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or influence game outcomes.
- Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point, including submitting forged identification documents.
- Opening or operating multiple accounts on the same platform, or assisting another individual in doing so, for the purpose of circumventing account limits or claiming multiple bonuses.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including pre-agreeing on bet outcomes, chip dumping in poker-style games, or any coordinated strategy designed to defraud the platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that violates applicable law in Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction.
- Attempting to exploit technical errors, game glitches, display bugs, or any unintended platform behaviour to gain a financial advantage. Winnings obtained through exploitation of platform errors will be voided.
popbd reserves the right to report any activity suspected of constituting fraud, money laundering, or criminal conduct to the relevant authorities. Any funds associated with such activity may be frozen pending investigation and will not be released to the player until popbd is satisfied that the funds are legitimately held.
popbd's Commitment to Player Wellbeing
popbd is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all of its services. The Platform provides tools that allow players to set deposit limits, session time reminders, and to self-exclude from the platform for a defined period or permanently. These tools are available to all registered players at any time and can be activated by contacting the popbd support team. popbd encourages all players to make use of these tools if they feel their gambling activity is becoming difficult to control.
popbd reserves the right to close or restrict any account where there are reasonable grounds to believe a player is gambling in a manner that is harmful to their wellbeing, is a minor, or has otherwise violated the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms. Such closures will be carried out without prior notice where the circumstances require immediate action. Limitation of Liability, Disclaimers, and Governing Law
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, popbd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Platform and its services. popbd does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, that it will be free from errors or interruptions, or that any specific game outcome will occur. The Platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. popbd's liability to any player shall not exceed the amount of funds currently held in that player's popbd account at the time the claim arises.
popbd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if popbd has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability — whether contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration. popbd's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts continue in full force and effect.
